One of the big and bad news is that Opening Ceremony of Euro Cup 2016 may be cancelled due to threats of strikes by French Labor Union. If the Paris government fails to appease the labor unions, then it may happen.

Euro 2016 will set to start on 10 June 2016. Only 11 days has been left in the start of the event the problems of this kind may disrupt the enjoyment of people who are eagerly waiting for this event to start. All the tickets for Euro 2016 matches have been sold. There are 51 matches to be played in 10 cities of France between 24 teams. These 24 teams are divided into 6 groups of 4 teams in each.

France government has other big responsibility of denying the terrorist attacks on Euro 2016. Few months back, Paris is attacked by ISIS and after that Euro 2016 feature was in danger in France but French Government show the confidence of hosting the event successfully. In this context, they announce the No Fly Zone over Euro 2016 stadium.

The competition slogan – Le Rendez-Vous – aims to evoke the importance of the UEFA European Championship and to make it a succession of festivities not to be missed. The slogan fits snugly with the competition’s visual identity, which was unveiled to the public on 26 June in Paris, and whose central message is ‘Celebrate the art of football’. The logo expresses the beauty of the game, the passion, the celebration of football and France’s cultural and artistic heritage.

The opening ceremony has more than 800 volunteer performers, from 63 countries around the world and more than 150 million are expected to watch the France vs Romania opening match with Ceremony.
